Abstract

The goal of this dissertation is to evaluate the American diversified multinational media and entertainment conglomerate, the Walt Disney Company traded at the New York Stock Exchange with the ticker: “DIS”. An extensive and detailed analysis is performed according to the diverse opinions within the academic literature. Considering the different models to assess the fair value of the company, the most appropriate approaches are selected and compared to J.P. Morgan equity report.
