Abstract

This research depicts the path of our professional life. During this course we study different subject matters in which the school, as an organisation, is the stage set for the performers who are called teachers. We highlight the teacher as the guide of the teaching-learning process, constantly socializing with others and permanently updating both personal and professional development. We also highlight the teacher as the Coordinator of form teachers/form teacher who greatly contributes in shaping students as responsible citizens, critics and conscious beings in the educational society/community. This report also is intended to make a brief historical and reflexive analysis of the dimension and performance of the teacher as the form teacher/Coordinator of the form teacher.
