Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has become an increasingly important topic for both academia and the business sector. Nowadays, many companies go beyond the pursuit of profit, expanding their focus to sustainability issues and environmental and social impacts, adopting a social responsibility approach that encompasses both their internal and external operations. However, companies are feeling the need to adapt to new paradigms, focusing on the well-being of employees. A central challenge is the promotion of diversity and inclusion. The study and deepening of this topic are fundamental as it allows for an understanding of the factors that promote diversity and inclusion in companies and how these can positively impact innovation, productivity, and competitiveness. Producing scientific knowledge is essential to guide organizations in the effective implementation of inclusive policies. The social relevance of studying this topic lies in promoting equal opportunities and striving to create fairer work environments that represent society. In this regard, Social Work can play an important role as a facilitator in the process of promoting diversity and inclusion.
