Nowadays we live in a world that is in constant change, physical changes, emotional changes and professional changes, and these changes affects the organizations, mainly the human resources. The supervisee is the person who is in the process of being integrated into a new functional unit, who acquires skills in the context of certain clinical context. It can be said that the clinical supervision process is not a watertight process, but rather a process that is adapted to each clinical supervisor and each supervisee. The Ordem dos Enfermeiros assumes the excellence of care as a reference and structuring axis of professional skills and recognizes the importance of including clinical supervision in nursing in the contexts of clinical practice. The present final report has as general objective to reflect on the developed activities during clinical experiences in the context of master’s degree in nursing, which allowed the acquisition of specific competences of Specialist Nurse in Medical-Surgical Nursing: people in critical condition. In all the practical contexts, the knowledge acquired during the training process and from the scoping review was mobilized and transferred, allowing the planning, carrying out and reflecting on the activities developed. To answer the question “what are the strategies mobilized by the Nurse during the clinical supervision process of the colleagues?”, I appealed to the Joanna Briggs Institute methodology of Scoping Revision. This work was guided by the theoretical framework of Patricia Benner and by the theory of goal attainment of Imogene King.
