In an organizational setting where different people, born at different times, interact, the Millennial Generation has been arousing great interest to several authors. This work, carried out through a non-experimental empirical study, aims to analyse the behaviour of this generation in the workplace, presenting behavioural differences in relation to other generations. The present dissertation focuses, at first, on the presentation of factors that may influence organizational behaviour, motivation and business success driven by its human capital. Secondly, the different generations that exist in the labour market are analysed, based on previous studies performed by other authors, properly referenced. Thirdly, the objective of the non-experimental experimental empirical study, the hypothesis created through the scenarios, the methodology and the results are explained. In addition, the limitations of the study itself are presented and, finally, measures proposed, which can be of interest for future studies on the subject.
