Abstract

This research seeks to discuss how technological tools (platform) can help in school management and how important the role of the pedagogical coordinator is, regarding new technologies. Aiming to analyze how management can help the school team to use the new digital technologies in the school environment, which points to a new question: how new digital technologies (digital diary/ platform) can help in communication between school management and parents. It should be taken into consideration that the School is multiple spaced with different conceptions and that in its educational context there is always a diversity of ideas, behaviors and conceptions. It was, therefore, chosen to discuss the use of new digital technologies in the educational environment because it is a current subject that is experienced in most schools and because it requires a lot of dedication to understand this new moment, aiming to adapt in a quiet way to all these transformations and to any innovation in education. This study aims to contribute with analyzes on school management and the use of technological resources considering that technological innovation has brought great advances, especially in the school environment. The aim was to analyze school organizations and their different management models, and the research was performed in a private school that is a reference and a pioneer in the use of technologies in the educational context. Observing the educational practice experienced through interviews applied in different segments and with several school professionals such as: educational management from high school, middle school, kindergarten, administrative management and so on. Aspects of the current school culture, which are implicit in school management, were analyzed, as well as its way of relating and work strategies.
