This paper discusses the live and grow old in the twenty-first century on the theme of housing. What forms of living for the future increasingly aged population and often need assisted care. The main theme is introduced subtheme Mobility and Proximity, and the importance of housing in the future and its relationship with the people. The development of these themes and their relationship to the dwelling of the twenty-first century is done through the project developed from the up-scale urban housing, supported by case studies and analysis of the land to intervene. At a time when people are increasingly aged, concerns about housing the elderly are increasing in order to ensure greater comfort, safety, welfare.
