Abstract
This master's thesis addresses the critical issue of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare within the European regulatory landscape, underscoring its significance for healthcare businesses facing ethical, legal, and practical challenges. Employing a comprehensive methodology that includes policy analysis, managerial strategy evaluation, and case study examination, the research seeks to uncover effective strategies for AI integration in healthcare settings. The objectives are to navigate the strategic, ethical, economic, and compliance hurdles of AI adoption in healthcare and to offer actionable recommendations for healthcare leaders and policymakers.
