The present dissertation, entitled "Impact of Source-to-Pay methodologies - NORS Group Case", aims to investigate the impact of the adoption of Source-to Pay systems on Organizations, their internal and external relationships. Source-to-Pay is understood, in a broad sense, as a set of linked tasks, from the emergence of a procurement need to its settlement, of interactions within organizations and with suppliers, where a strategic aspect is introduced in comparison to the traditional notion (Jain & Woodcock. Ed, 2017). In order to contextualize the object of study of this case, we began by studying the concepts of Source-to-Pay and the associated stages, as well as their main benefits and associated technology. Subsequently, with the researcher's presence in Grupo NORS's shared services, it was possible to collect data in order to compare the conditions and processes applied before and after the introduction of the studied methodologies. This study allowed us to conclude, based on the information collected and the literature studied, that the adoption of Source-to-Pay methodologies brings benefits in terms of cost management, process efficiency, supplier relationships, and mainly in the value created for the customer, leveraged by existing technology. Regarding the case study addressed, it was possible to identify the aforementioned benefits; however, there are still tools to be adopted and processes to be improved in order to achieve greater competitive advantage.
