Over the years, the theme of the relationship between the family and educators has been the subject of consideration by many scholars in the field of education. Demonstrated this relationship over time multiple mutations. Close proximity between both parties , the result of an inter-relationship promoted by the opening of the school to parents and guardians as well as the local community so that educators / family or guardian relationship is ever closer , it is necessary , allowing participate actively in all the activities promoted by this . This reflection will allow a better understanding of the relationship between parents and early childhood educators, ways collaborate, allowing me to reflect critically on what is / should be the pre - school education. This work reflects on my experience as an educator involved in the experience of the relationship between school and family. Thus, the main goal is that closer ties in the relationship between school / family, because the mutual information that can be provided and also the importance of the personal and educational development of children in preschool is essential. It is the institution of the family that the child begins life as a social individual and that the school is in partnership with the community, this is part of a socialization process that unfolds over a lifetime. It objectively apparent the need for school / family become privileged partners of the whole educational process, so that throughout this ongoing interaction one can obtain a balanced and harmonious development of children. So that there is a trust and a climate of familiarity becomes crucial that schools are promoting strategies that promote closer ties between families to school.
