Intervenção comunitária na ODPS

Abstract

The Nursing into the Family is a concept which has been developed in the last 30 years, and the Patterns of Familiar Valuation as well as Intervention Valuation by Calgary according Wright and Leahey (2008) have been the starting point for the reconstruction showed in the Dynamic Model of Evaluation and Familiar Intervention (Figueiredo, 2008). The introduction of Nursing Cabinet into the Social Center “Cerco do Porto” has contributed for the application of this pattern through the methodology of the nursing process.The internships integrated in the Modulus I and II of the pos-graduate and specialization in Nursing Community happened during the period between 20th April till 23rd June 2009 for the inquiry of the needs as well the implementation of the Project of Intervention in the “Obra Diocesana de Promoção Social” from 6th October till 27th November 2009 have permitted the acquisition of the abilities in this area of the specialization through the developing of the methodology of the planning in health
