Abstract

Finally it aims at identifying the leadership style of two leaders in this organization. The organizational leadership has been a study topic for a long time, recently new models that suggesta a more ethic and servant leader. As well as a wider distribution of power among leaders and subordinates. For analysis purposes a search was developed with eight participants: Two directors, one from the Human Resources Department and the other one from the the Customer Service and six subordinates three from each department. The methology used was a qualitative one and the investigation design was the multiple case. The semistructured interview was previledged and data was analysed by software NVIVO10 through content analysis. It became clear that the Servant Leadership Model is not present in both leadership processes. The Human Resources Department leader although being person oriented and involving the subordinates has not shown leader server characteristics, being a democratic leader. The Customer Service leader has shown a very diferentiated style as this leader is centered in tasks without caring about people , favouring goal achievement and delegating tasks in an autocrat leadership style. The way the Human Resources leader is perceived matches the perception the subordinates have about him ,and the way the Customer Service leader perceives himself is the same as the majority of his subordinates see him except for one subordinate.
