Abstract

This learning report intends to present my professional history, detailing the most influential aspects of that career which, in some way, represent issues involved in my performance. I highlight the years of close connection to the management of an educational establishment and the operationalization of a technological policy in a group of schools. On a professional level, the most meaningful situation has to do with the dynamics generated in and between the group of schools and the school board by the communication platform, as well as its impact on the managerial process and on the way the school community participates and influences the decision making process. We concluded that the platform allows collaboration and cooperation practices between the individuals of the group of schools. The decision making process is a participative act involving the elements of the organization. Leadership mobilizes a shared or distributed perspective among educational agents.
