The issue related to school leadership and it’s relation to efficiency assumes a more important role in the educational communities. The influence of the principal, while the school leader may in fact be determinant in the school dynamic due to his influence on the different educational actors. The theme of the following reflexive report fits in the School Administration and Organization area, focusing on school leadership and efficiency issues, reflecting about the impact of leaderships on the educational success, based on personal experiences. The first part of the work consists in the conceptual approach of the school organizational models, through the school perspective while an organization. Subsequently the conceptions and leadership stiles and efficiency will be listed. In the second part a school characterization is made, in which I have the principal role, as well as the corresponding students body; the basic elements of the School Educational Project is shown as well as de dynamic of the Annual Plan of Activities, with some of the results concerning the school year of 2014/2015; It is equally given relevance to the struggle for the educational success of the students as well as the school success. At last, a reflection on leadership and efficiency is made following the school organizational model as well as the leadership style established.
