This study aimed to analyze the effect that different leadership styles have on workers' overall life satisfaction, as well as the moderating role played by coping strategies in this relationship. The sample consisted of 329 participants from various occupational sectors. Specific instruments were used to assess both leadership styles and participants' life satisfaction. Additionally, information was gathered on coping strategies used in the workplace, with the goal of understanding how this variable might moderate the relationship between leadership and life satisfaction. The findings of this study offer new insights into the importance and impact of different leadership styles on both productivity and workers' life satisfaction, encouraging the adoption of more effective strategies to foster a positive work environment. This has a positive impact not only on employees but also on the organization as a whole.
