Abstract

This work consists of applying the London Benchmarking Group Model
(LBG Model) to the Project Act+, part of the Association of rehabilitated
alcoholics of Santa Maria da Feira (AARSM), which received a donation of
€8 000 by the EDP Foundation. This essay yielded some information that can be
used to build the project impact map. This map should have the following
structure: objective, scope, organization, project, stakeholders, inputs, outputs,
outcomes, impacts; indicators; recommendations; Social Return on Investment.
As the project was still ongoing when this work took place, the impact map
cannot be finalized. Therefore, the outcomes, the SROI and other specific
indicators could not be determined. However, this study allowed for the
identification of improvement factors in the control and collection of data that
are required for the implementation of the LBG and the method for calculating
the SROI. In the current situation of the organization in this field the calculation
of this indicator is not yet possible.
