Abstract

This report aims, with the depth and complexity possible, to analyze and describe the process of development of the project Armour, since its embryony stage, until the final object, in the format of a short fiction film. It follows a theoretical framing, which served as base for the thinking and problematization of the questions that were proposed to the study, in parallel with a practical and material approach of the process, always working in symbiosis, converging, and choking constantly during the process of the making. Reflecting two different principal guidelines, masculinity and the cinema of sensation affection, this document is the main reference for the discussion and analysis of this questions in depth, understanding the way they may connect, working in a way that aim at provoking some kind of rupture, that the title of the report reflects: masculinity and the power of affection, crisis and destabilization.
