: estudo de caso: grupo Nors

Abstract

This thesis aims to study and apply multicriteria decision support methodologies for negotiation, evaluation and selection of suppliers in organizations with shared services. Considering the changes attributed to the evaluation of suppliers in recent years, as well as the integration of multiple selection criteria instead of just the price criterion, we were led to develop this study. The methodology used was the case study of Grupo Nors, SA which allowed to verify and study directly the problems of supplier selection in the business environment. In order to instruct the entire process, a literature review was performed on the multicriteria method and criteria commonly used for the evaluation of suppliers. From this review, three processes of evaluation and selection of suppliers of Grupo Nors, SA for the partner companies of the shared services were studied. Good practices have been identified in choosing supplier evaluation criteria to determine which is most beneficial to the company, making a comparison with what is actually done in the organization. The final result of the work proposes improvements in the criteria used for evaluation and selection of suppliers in the future negotiations of Grupo Nors, SA and other shared services organizations.
