Abstract

This report serves as the final exam for Master in Architecture, on stage in the company environment Artspazios LDA in Viseu. This should bring a professional dimension to my academic career in order to understand the real constraints of the architecture design, the relationship between architect and client and the internal organization of a workshop. The proposed project it is an ongoing project of the studio, located in Kilamba, Angola. The architectural design will be elaborated in the distance and the parties involved come from more dispersed nationalities, and are directly involved four countries (Andorra, Angola, China and Portugal). The introduction of a real case in my learning increases my practical experience and integrate my practical experience, where pliquei my knowledge as a student finalist in a demanding and experienced team in the problems of architecture in the current situation of the country. During the probationary period, workshop, will develop scientific research to better understand the phenomenon of satellite cities in Africa, to understand the problem where my project falls. This report will be developed simultaneously, the two opposing strands and influencing each other. Located in a city newly born, and the result of an expansion of the country. the project is to program a manufacturing aspect of food production and other business, a market, shops and leisure facilities (cinemas and bowling). The program encompasses a range of services for the city and a new population, while it should be attractive for fixing inhabitants. In this context, I seek to better understand, on the one hand projetual complexity of a building of this type and the other to better understand the urban context where it situa.Apresento an analysis of the complexity of a multipurpose project-architectural program in a context of growing peri-urbanization urban developed by international economic agents.
