: análise de alguns problemas em torno do regime legal

Abstract

Nowadays it is established that professional sports players are workers. Being considered as such, the legislator, aware of the specificity of the activity, has created a special work regime applicable to these professionals. In the same sense, it has endeavored to create a special regime to be applicable to the compensation of damages arising from work accidents of professional sports players. However, the theme of work accidents of professional sports players raises some questions, which we propose to analyze through this dissertation.
