Abstract

In an industry in constant evolution, there is a need to valorize and symbolize the importance of cultural industries in the creation of innovative projects at a national and international level. It is fundamental that these are able to overcome the existing scarcity of resources, which requires a persistent entrepreneurial spirit that is not always within everyone's reach. Cultural industries are associated with creative industries through a set of activities that have in common the use of creativity, cultural knowledge, and intellectual property as resources capable of producing content with social and cultural relevance. This report addresses the strategies and challenges inherent in the agency of artists in the music industry, with reference to the internship at Artway, a company of cultural and artistic management of nationally and internationally recognized musicians. The internship experience allowed me to contribute to the promotion and dissemination of artists, mostly associated with classical music and jazz, through the use of digital technologies, as well as the production of projects such as concerts, record presentations, recordings, among others.
