This dissertation addresses the use of indeterminate concepts in the context of the teleworking regime, given the recent changes introduced in the Labor Code. The goal is to contribute to the concretization of the concept of " Imperative demands of the company's interest" as a basis for refusal of the right to telework for workers in specific conditions, such as non-primary informal caregivers. The analysis includes the consideration of various areas of Law, as well as parallel regimes.
