Abstract

This report aims to describe and analyze the process covered in the acquisition and development of skills clinics, proposed by the syllabus of the course, and that led to the design of Course Stage. This resulted in the development of three stages, performed in a hospital on the southern bank of the country, respectively, in the ER, in the Intensive Care Unit and Team Intra-Hospital Palliative Care Support [EIHSCP]. During this journey I sought to develop a critical and reflective practice, using the assumptions advocated by Jean Watson's theory and science of Human Care, Martha Rogers Theory of Unitary Beings and Katerina Kolcaba with his Theory of Comfort. Throughout the document is based on the process of decision making in relation to the fields of training and the themes developed, is described in a critical, reflective and reasoned activities and strategies used to achieve the goals set up lists and skills developed
