We live in an increasingly competitive and constantly evolving environment, wherepeople represent the main asset for organizations. For this reason, organizations need to give special attention to their employees, in particular their well-being. Internal communication strengthens the bidirectional interrelationships, facilitates well-being, ensures a greater appreciation of the human capital, and highlights humanization as a requirement in organizations. In this context, the concept of well-being associated with internal communication has been increasingly studied as it is a relevant differential for employee satisfaction and retention. Thus, in order to understand how communication can influence the well-being of each organization, this investigation aimed to identify the internal communicationfactors that can contribute to the development of the well-being of employees in a given organization. In order to carry out the study, a qualitative methodology was followed in theestablishment of exploratory data through document analysis and exploratory interviews with the decision-makers of Standard Bank Angola.
