The continuous evolution and competitiveness of the job market is increasingly highlighting the preponderant role of the people as the amin force in organizations. In a reality that is increasingly emerging in terms of health and, above all, mental health, the world of work cannot fail to be impacted. For these reasons, it is urgent for organizations to develop a sense of mission of their employees, committing themselves to promoting and protecting their well-being. Organizational cultures geared towards this vision are enhanced by effective internal communication that strengthens two-way communication between the organization and its people, ensuring that its human capital in valued. That said a valuable part of the success of organizations depends on the effectiveness of their people management, and the development of a strong communication strategy is key to valuing those who are in service every day. However, the specific role that internal communication can play in employee well-being is still unclear. This is the purpose of this research, which aims to understand how internal communication can influence employee well-being, and how employees perceive this contribution to enhancing their well-being. The study was based on a mixed methodological analysis, which combines qualitative exploratory interviews with three PHC Software managers with document analysis and quantitative questionnaires supported by three theoretical models with the organization's employees. The results will provide valuable clues for PHC Software and other organizations seeking to improve the relationships between the respective themes. In this dissertation it was possible to conclude not only that leaders at PHC Software recognize the potential of communication to develop well-being, but also that there is this recognition on the part of employees, who positively perceive the contribution of internal communication to strengthening their well-being.
