The presented theme is based on the research question, “How does organizational communication contribute to workers’ perceptions of justice?”. This research demonstrates how organizational communication influences workers’ perceptions of justice, especially in uncertain contexts. Workers seek guarantees beyond conventional work, valuing closer communication for their health, safety, and well-being. The focus is on the dimensions of procedural and interactional justice, showing how the communication of processes can be perceived as unjust. Thus, it is neither simples nor easy to understand perceptions whose impact can reflect in behaviors. The research uses qualitative meta-analysis – a research method that aims to synthesize and analyze the results of various studies, identifying recurring themes and patterns, with the goal of achieving a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of a phenomenon. New insights are shared with the reader, such as that workers desire closer, more frequent, transparent, and quality communication, which increases security, satisfaction, and identification with the organization, as well as acceptance of change, manifesting support for the organization.
