The aim of this report is to analyze the impact of training in the performance of employees. This study is applied to Cardan, the Group where the interniship was done. For such it was made an investigation based in two main questions: (1) Is training responsible for changing the employee’s behavior?; (2) Is the training been seeing by the employees as an instrument of change?. First, was estimated a regression using the method of least squares (OLS). To perform the estimation was used STATA, data analysis and statistical software, which allowed to analyze the panel data for the 2013 year with allusive productivity contents and the different characteristics of each one of the 31 productive employees. In the second phase of this report, to assess whether the increases in knowledge and/ or skills and behavioral changes of individuals in their workplace as a result of training, 2 questionnaire were proposed (Level 3, in accordance with the Kirkpatrick Model) making a pilot application to 2 employees productive and respective leadership in order to test their consistency. The main results of this work show that the training that the employees did in 2013 had no impact on their individual productivity and for 2 employees to whom the questionnaires were applied, training is seen as an instrument of change that improves the performance and increase productivity.
