O impacto da liderança de Rúben Amorim na conquista da liga NOS 2020/2021

Abstract

This dissertation explores the impact of Rúben Amorim in the achievement of Liga NOS 2020/2021. From the objectives defined, it was delineated a theoretical basis that joins the concepts of leader and leadership; the connection between communication and leadership; and the example of other leaders that marked the world of sports. Based on the purpose of this research it was adopted a mixed method, that through the semi structured interview made to Frederico Varandas, the structured interview made to Carlos Fernandes and the inquiry made to football fans, allowed to retrieve data that showed the impact of Rúben Amorim in the referred achievement and the perspective that everyone involved in this investigation have about Rúben Amorim as a leader. After the presentation and analysis of the obtained results, it was found out that Rúben Amorim had impact in the achievement of Liga NOS 2020/2021 and everyone involved in the used techniques see him as a leader that stands out for his humility and ability to communicate with others. However, it is also understood that due to his short career as a manager, he still needs to acquire more experience in order to be successful in the moments of his career where he is at a higher level. Despite the limitations presented throughout this investigation, it was able to show that Rúben Amorim has merit in the achievement discussed in this dissertation and is recognized by everyone involved for the work he has developed. In the future, based on the challenges and achievements he might have, new researches that involve Rúben Amorim and his leadership could be relevant
