The method used in the present study was qualitative in nature, using the technique of semi-structured interviews. To collect sociodemographic data, a questionnaire adapted to the objectives of the study was created. Regarding the participants, the snowball technique was used, obtaining a sample of eighteen inspectors, eleven male and seven female, with varying seniority in the role.
