The professional satisfaction of IPSS workers, more specifically ERPI`S workers, is a subject that is not very developed in the literature, and that seems to be of great importance in the impact of the care provided to the users of these structures. It is the Technical Director who most often manages human resources, so he is the one who faces the great task of finding ways and methods that allow reconciling the satisfaction of these workers with the activity they carry out, in order to achieve optimization in the provision of human care. With this study, we intend to understand how the role of the Technical Director, analyzing his posture, his leadership style, influences the satisfaction of care workers, and how this satisfaction is reflected in the provision of care. For this purpose, a quantitative study will be carried out by means of a survey, among the workers of these structures, using a non-probabilistic sample for convenience.
