Abstract

The emergence of the Internet and the rapid advance and development of the technology led the world to modify its daily practices. Globalization and the growing number of internet users have moved and triggered new forms of consumption that have shaped a new marketing model: E-Commerce. With the emergence of e-commerce it is not possible to remain competitive without having an online presence, since this new tool has presented an alternative for people to make their purchases quickly, easily and without theneed to leave home.Brands are increasingly betting online, and this becomes an obstacle for them when they want to belong to the consumers' bet of choice, since there is already a demand for brands competing with the same products. Thus, it is necessary to invest more in information, communication, and strategies that enable brands to be found in the midst of so much supply.This study aims to understand the importance of implementing an SEO strategy for acompany's success and revenue creation. A case study was conducted in the company Neptune Ring, where we sought to explore the topics of digital marketing, content marketing and organic content strategies applied to the group. This study highlights an initial assessment of the company, up to the time of the internship, the implementation of an SEO strategy, and an evaluation of that strategy through the collection of organic content data. From the analysis of Search Console and Google Analytics data, the main results indicate that SEO is a fundamental tool for a company's inbound marketing, but that it needs to be in connection with other SEO strategies to create revenue and success for a company.
