The period of training report, to the similarity of Portfolio functions as an instrument that potencializes the reflection of the practical ones, assuring the construction of the knowledge, personal and professional development. It assists my growth, since the objective of its write down is increase reading and reflection habits, as well as extends the search of answers, based in that reflection. The accomplishment of this report congregated works carried through by myself, which allows to follow my development, as well as analyze, evaluate, execute and present the result of the activities developed in one determined period, where I filed and presented the definite evidences of the abilities, attitudes and knowledge. In this direction, I selected contents to be transcribed for this reflexive report and assumed the responsibility of my learning, indicating criteria of quality and parameters for my work critical, well visible in the general and specific objectives. I proceeded to a criterious evaluation of the developed work, in comparison with the foreseen work, based in the critical direction and the capacity of autoevaluation. It was developed in the scope of the Postgraduate Course in Medical- Surgery Nursing and its objectives are to describe in a clear and concise way the delineated objectives and carried through activities to reach them in modules I, II and III, as well as the abilities of the nurse specialist in the area of Medical-Surgery Nursing acquired. Module II was credited, having for base the experience of 5 years in the area of intensive cares, allowing to transpose for other modules those contributes in period of training, knowledge, and abilities already acquired. Modules I and III were carried through in the urgency service and VMER/SIV/Operatory Room, respectively, being that in module I emphasis was given to care, formation and communication with sick people/family, and in module III was given relief to care in pre-hospital context, pre and post-surgical context, integration in equips, reflection in practical and work methodology in the assistance of sick people. A critical analysis of the main aspects will be made, considerations on the learning, contributes, difficulties and limitations.The acquisition of abilities was based on learning moments, being that the clinical contexts had allowed to mobilize the knowledge acquired during the course, with support in the bibliographical research. The reflection in the action and about the action was essential, what allowed to construct a new knowledge. The nurse, while professional, has the duty to keep actualized its knowledge, reviewing systematically its practices, in order to keep and optimize its abilities.
