The importance of Digital Transformation in Human Resources has been particularly accentuated by the COVID-19 pandemic, which has accelerated digitization and redefined traditional practices. The integration of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence and automation, is presented as a determining factor for operational efficiency. The aim of this work is to understand the potential of implementing chatbots in the area of Human Resources (HR) and how this implementation is accepted by employees. In order to explore this topic, the paper addresses the application of digital assistants in HR, with special emphasis on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and chatbots. The detailed analysis of digital assistants highlights their evolution, highlighting their versatility in various functions, from automating routine tasks to supporting training and development programs. The successful implementation of digital assistants in HR is recognized as offering significant advantages and challenges, which will be discussed in this paper. By conducting a questionnaire survey, we sought to understand the perspective of employees on the adoption and acceptance of the implementation of HR Bots in the organizations where they work. The conclusion highlights the importance of change management, continuous development of digital skills and ethical understanding in the adoption of digital assistants in HR. HR professionals are encouraged to embrace innovation while maintaining a constant awareness of the human dimensions of work, ensuring a successful transition in the constantly evolving context of Digital Transformation. By adopting a proactive and ethical stance, HR professionals can optimize the implementation of digital assistants, ensuring that they are aligned with the needs and values of the people involved.
