This report has as object of study and analysis, the process of integration of a local kindergarten in a Educational Priority Intervention Territory school cluster. Through the means to different models, theories and organizational images, one’s searches to explain the institution behaviour and the adjustment phenomena and change developed in its interior as well as the organizational process of construction, reconstruction and the connection proceedings with the educational players. From the carried out analysis about school’s organizational images seen in the different contexts, a council and a Educational Territory TEIP, one intends somewhat to verify in what way the existence of different images and organizational models has been shown in the organization of the institution. The educational organizations must have the ability to guide its action in the sense of developing a cooperative and team work, providing the best services to children and families, to meet the requirements of quality, to be based on reflexive and joint procedures with its educational mission. The influence of internal and external pressures exerted on the kindergarten by two distinct models of management, a council and a TEIP, not always are in accordance with these indispensability which forces the educational players to an attitude of greater awareness over the challenges demanded by the educational dynamics. It’s on the grounds of a methodological approach of qualitative nature, focused on the autobiographical narrative that takes place this reflection.
