In this dissertation, we analyse telework from a legal point of view, in the different hierarchical levels of regulation, within the context of the Covid-19 pandemic in articulation with the general regime. Its regulation in the various State of Emergency decrees and the legal problems generated in this context are revealed from the reasoning we carry out. However, it focuses especially on the right to disconnection, the right to privacy, the conciliation between work and family life.
