Towards qualitative development of nurses, is part of the Master's Degree in Nursing of a professional nature, with postgraduate training of nurses in the area of Medical Surgical Nursing, which specifically targets the development of skills for advanced nursing care to the patient adult and elderly with severe disease. In the context of the training that came the report, whose main purpose is the critical and reflective description of the modules of training, respectively, the urgency out of the hospital of S. Mark and intensive care in hospital out Pedro Hispano. The report aims to develop the ability to report critical activities, describe the activities undertaken during the period in which clinical teaching, taking into account the objectives, reflect on the activities, demonstrate an ability to reflect on the practice in taking into account the ethical, legal and social implications of these, focus on independent learning and reflective; support the processes of reflection on action, whether on personal or the professional, demonstrate the synthesis and organization, documenting my evolution. The methodology for the implementation of this document was based on the descriptive literature, and thus may carry out a detailed and reflective of the expertise developed in different fields of training. The option structure of this report aimed to facilitate their consultation, through the systematization and clarification of the information it embodies. The breakdown of the objectives identified for their achievement and strategies implemented for the same. Thus, this document is divided into several sub-chapters, introduction, critical analysis and reflective of the performance and the most important and relevant to the learning, as well as the contribution to the acquisition and development of new skills in the EEMC, ending with a conclusion and its bibliography. We conclude that the training led to the development of skills for advanced nursing care to adult and elderly patients with severe disease, especially in assisting the patient in critical condition. Not only the stage but the report made possible the development of scientific competence, methodological, professional, social, relational and ethical. They are also soft skills, particularly in the context of autonomy, initiative, creativity, innovation, critical thinking and decision-making.
