Abstract

In this dissertation we will analyze the current legal regime of telework regarding the compensation of increased expenses in which teleworkers may incur due to the remote performance of their duties, with special focus on the payment of the meal allowance. This topic will also be addressed on what could be the prospects of telework concerning this matter, and which legislative proposals have already been presented, a reflection that is deeply motivated by the experience of homework that prevailed in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic.
