Abstract
The school as a teaching institution has been the subject of many studies, due to its relevant social role. This work is scientifically specific to school administration and management, allowing you to watch administrative terms. The same visa includes the role of leaders and middle managers in school activities. This is a case study carried out in two private schools in Luanda-Angola. In the sense of the investigated investigation, or the following problem: What are the roles of leaders and middle managers and what way do they improve the teaching work of two private schools in Luanda? Several research sub-questions emerged from this issue.The work was based on the qualitative method and its strategy was to capture data in the interview and document analysis. 14 schools were interviewed, including: 2 maneger principals, 4 shift Coordinators, 4 course Coordinators and 4 class managers.In short, an investigation has come to the conclusion that the perception of the roles of leaders and managers involves reading their roles in school activities, as this is the way that you can measure as actions by leaders and intermediate managers. An idea that is realized through the analysis of data from the interviews is that they do school management tests as they promote the improvement of the teaching work of two private schools in Luanda through the organization, orientation, democratization, collaboration and planning of the students works.
