This report aims to understand sexuality in contexts of vulnerability, and this purpose is to cross over the three modules of training. Module I is characterized by health diagnosis performed in the Valley of Alcantara, which aimed to understand the sexual behavior of a group of women of childbearing age, enrolled in the Health Unit of Santa Casa de Alcantara Valley (USSCVA) compared with the predisposition to the practice of safe sex. The approach used was the quantitative and quantitative. Resorted to the use of two methods, namely the application of a questionnaire and the implementation of a focus group. The questionnaire was administered to 82 women of childbearing age and focus group techniques to a group of four women. It is noted the need for clarification of the signs and symptoms of Cervical Cancer (CCU) and prevention (vaccination and promotion of reduction of risk behaviors) and adherence to screening, discussion of representations of sexuality, demystifying the reasons for non-adherence to safer sex and discussing choices associated risk factors, promoting reflection on the different experiences of sexuality in different contexts of multiculturalism. Module II started with the aim of developing an intervention project aimed at involving women in the Alcantara Valley, promoting the experience of sexuality in a healthy and safe habits through the adoption of prevention, including condomuse boosting earnings health. In implementing the project has adopted the methodology of the Roadmap with dynamic and active involvement of social partners significant to the community, having been focused on prevention in the face of Cervical Cancer. In the course of activities is told about 154 participants. Continuity of care was assured by the formalization and development of nursing appointments in Family Planning USSCVA. In Module III was diagnosed health in the territorial unit of the Project Health In the Neighborhood Pa (SPNB) of Médecins du Monde (MDM) and made the planning of the intervention using the back Methodology Roadmap, and it was focused on the face of HIV prevention . During the intervention period was counted as involving 545 participants. Continuity of care was assured by formalizing a Nursing Consultation for Healthy Behaviors. During the draft stage were mobilized and enhanced powers under the Community Nursing and Public Health, which interfered positively in the process of personal and professional development. This report provides relevant information concerning sexuality, and the approach of sexuality education in ethics in contexts of vulnerability and multiculturalism. The planning and execution of projects for the promotion / education and sexual health, strengthened the reflection on the experience of sexuality, choices and risks. Through the Roadmap methodology could involve significant partners for the communities and promote the dissemination and discussion of safer sex
