In recent years, with the continual technological innovations, new ways of working have emerged, particularly using digital platforms, distinguished by work flexibility, lack of supervision and contractual instability. This exploratory study aims to analyse the working conditions of drivers on digital platforms inserted in a quadrangular work relationship (i.e., workers that are employed by an external company) or those inserted in a triangular work relationship (i.e., workers who operate directly for the app), to better understand how they perceive their organizational support (POS) provided by the platform and how their work influences their well-being, based on the social exchange theory. This study will have a qualitative methodology, through semi-structured interviews, with eighteen participants. The results show that drivers that are in a triangular work relationship report a more negative POS and of their well-being than those who find themselves inserted in a quadrangular work relationship. This shows that the lack of a supervisor in the work environment may have a significant impact on the development of positive work relationships. There is also a relationship between POS and well-being. Whenever the POS is negative so are the well-being reports; when the POS is positive so are the reports of well-being.
