This thesis aims to analyze the representations and perceptions of leaders/authors and followers of three Portuguese blogs, about he model of Teaching Performance Assessment (DDA) procedure. Both the ADD model and the phenomenon of social networks - Blogs - are of an undeniable today, controversy and legitimacy. We think that doing a research of this type made sense not only to realize the insights and fundamentals on the theme ADD in the perspective of those who use this mode of communicating, but also to highlight the aspects of the agents involved in the simplified model. After a theoretical framework of the concepts of evaluation and its specificity with regard to the evaluation of teachers in public schools in Portugal, we come to the work that underlies such a definition of the object of careful study and research methodology. We developed an exploratory study across the activity in the blogosphere on the topic ADD, through the analysis of posts (articles) and comments (comments) placed in Blogging: TERREAR, A Educação do Meu Umbigo and ProfBlog, respectively by José Matias Alves, Paul Guinote and Ramiro Marques. Data was analyze by the technique of content analysis of speech, using the analysis of enunciation. The data suggest a dichotomy between positive and negative. The subjects, notwithstanding the objections and suggestions for improvement, consider the possibility of a more favorable model, that is less bureaucratic, more extended period and that evaluation is a formative factor strongly in order to lead to better educational practices. The results allow us to list and suggest possible avenues for further study, as stated by the Chief Executive to be reviewed at the end of the academic year 2010/11.
