Abstract

The basis of the present report was the inclusive education and the management of the diversity in the classroom. Nowadays classrooms are an intersection of students with different kinds of families, cultures, genders, religions, socioeconomic resources, races, languages, rhythms and ways of social learning that impose deep changes in the search of suitable pedagogical solutions. Initially, the questions related to the topic inclusion were deepened through the bibliographic references review. Secondly, the implemented Pedagogical Intervention Model was outlined. This procedure had three main stages: the exploration, planning and implementation of the teaching unit "Collaborative Book". First, it was analyzed the context where this intervention was going to take place. Having in mind the importance of the contex to the topic under study, the inclusion, a sociometric test was applied and analyzed. In a second stage, it was aimed to structure activities in articulation with the strategies that promote an inclusive teaching, in particular planning activities that promote collaborative learning through the illustration of a collborative book under the topic "Affections". In stage three, the implemented teaching practices were described. Thirdly, the results obtained through participant (diary) and non-participant (observation grid made by a third element) observations, as well as the application of questionnaires to the students of the target group, are presented and analyzed. This analysis allowed us to conclude that this intervention, based on inclusive strategies and collaborative work among peers, helped to change behavior problems. In this way, the class obtained successful results, with committed, sympathetic and helpful students.
