Abstract

The rapid evolution of digital technologies, including personalised pricing, has profoundly transformed people’s daily lives, altering the way we live, work, and consume. However, this change and transformation entail new risks and challenges that affect citizens, businesses, and society as a whole. It is therefore essential to implement both legal and technological mechanisms to safeguard the rights of all stakeholders, thereby fostering a balanced and sustainable digital environment.
