Abstract

This report is structured in three chapters. The first chapter describes the entire personal and professional career of its author, in particular, the marks left by her teachers, the hesitations, the decisions, the mobility, the professionalization and the stabilization, the working positions and functions of intermediate pedagogical management and training and professional development. In the second chapter, some authors are reviewed for supporting the personal and professional path analysis and to help understand the process of building staff professional identity, as a teacher, focusing especially on the personal and collective dimensions of teaching, teaching work patterns, and the actual research and reflective practice, as well as, professional motivation and the pedagogical relationship. The third chapter is addressed to school leadership and enhances the distributed leadership in school context, from which is reflected on the leadership of a class, Department coordination and coordination of management functions, intermediate cycle performed by the author. This report concludes by emphasizing the importance of a distributed leadership in the school and the need for a learning culture of the teacher associated with the collaboration and assistance of other teachers.
