The implementation of a results-oriented strategy is the goal of this project by structuring and developping techniques and practices that answer to the three major issues related to cultural projects organized by the Faculdade de Belas-Artes da Universidade de Lisboa: financial sustainability, cultural dissemination through the media, customer loyalty and attracting audiences. Personal experience, a comparative study with other art schools and the studies analysis in these areas are combined to develop this project which is not an end in itself, but rather the starting point of a process of ongoing construction.
