The goal of this essay is to enhance the participation level on the Bosch Termotecnologia SA suggestion system presenting, in order to achieve this, practical measures based on theoretical arguments and on the information and experience acquired as an intern of this organization. The research for this essay consisted in, beyond the bibliographical research on suggestion system as a tool and on the topics that influence the participation in it, the collection of data inside the organization, registration of interviews and on my perception as a participating observer. The result was a group of practical measures fully aligned with the organizational culture, to be implemented with minimal costs. These measures are divided in three different areas: the process, rewards and communication and image.
