The issue of corporate social responsibility and the value of volunteer work are gaining more and more importance in society nowadays. The "media" present and reward cases of companies that develop some kind of action, as well as encourage more people to develop joint actions in the community where they operate. Those companies with corporate citizenship and socially responsible entities do their best to encourage, among other actions, voluntary work. Corporate volunteering is, nowadays, one of the main practices of corporate social responsibility, increasingly more important and determining, in corporate strategy and communication. This study sought to reflect on the design of a corporate volunteer program that Schmitt Lifts Ltd may implement in order to enhance corporate volunteering in the organization. This TFM aims to present a proposal for a corporate volunteer program for Schmitt-lifts, Lda looking for stress-sea importance of strategic alignment between corporate volunteering and the specifics of the organization, and identify skills development potential that can They are acquired by employees to participate in volunteer activities, selected from the analysis of the motivations of employees who might be interested in playing corporate volunteer experiences. To collect data and indicators it used a quantitative methodology based on a questionnaire. Interviews were conducted with some heads of department in order to know their views on corporate volunteering that served as the support completion of a questionnaire applied to 83 employees, to identify the motivations for volunteering, the preferences of employees to volunteering and their sense of happiness and general well-being. The document analysis, participant observation and literature review also proved important in the materialization of this case study. It is presented at the end of the investigation, the proposal of a voluntary corporate management model according to the results, stressing the importance of adaptation to the activity of the company.
