Receção da Amoris Laetitia na Península Ibérica

Abstract

In this present dispensation, family life is been confronted with challenges due to advancement in science and technology, new ideologies, and of course the accelerated pace of life. These and many more are the challenges confronting the modern family life, and as such there is need for wisdom, discernment and knowledge in the modern day family life. In view of the foregoing, the Apostolic Exhortation Amoris Laetitia of Pope Francis, becomes very imperative because it offers concrete and practical approach to family living.
In the light of the aforementioned, theologians across the globe made meaningful contributions and clarifications to this controversial subject in the world of today. For further clarifications into this subject under investigation, the Portuguese Theological Journals and Spanish Scientific Publications offer us deep insight and knowledge into the reality of the modern day family. Again, the place of the Apostolic Exhortation of Pope Francis and its application in pastoral context cannot be overemphasized as far as this investigation is concern.
