: uma análise sob a luz das características econômicas das plataformas online

Abstract

The main source of this work was the bibliographic research, and it is a synthesis of the main measures of the digital services regulation in light of the economic characteristics of the online platforms, guided by the premise that the digital services regulation will have as effects the increase of risk of liability and the increase of costs. Reaching the conclusion that there will be a greater risk of liability, but not being possible to analyze empirically the totality of the costs involved, except that the existence of the supervision fee will generate an increase of costs to the online platforms.
