This research aims to understand how organizational support influences work - family reconciliation, namely the enrichment or conflict resulting from this relationship, as well as the behaviours of organizational citizenship. On the other hand, we also seek to establish the relationship between work - family reconciliation, its conflicts and / or its enrichment with organizational citizenship behaviours. In this study a quantitative approach based on a correlational analysis of the variables under study was used. The sample consisted of 98 hospitality receptionists and a questionnaire was used as a collection tool, and the data were collected in-person at the participants workplaces. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25.0 software. The results showed that a greater work - family conflict is associated with a lower perception of organizational support and citizenship behaviours and that work - family enrichment is associated with a greater perception of organizational support and citizenship behaviours.
